These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website scrap-kh.com and the scrap buying, collection, and recycling services provided by Buy All Types of Scrap ("we," "us," "our") in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We buy scrap metal (iron, steel, copper, aluminum, brass, zinc, stainless, and more), e-waste and electronics, lead-acid batteries, scrap vehicles, cardboard/paper, and plastics from individuals and businesses in Phnom Penh and nearby areas, and offer free collection/pickup where available.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Prices shown on the website, in marketing content, or given verbally/by chat before pickup are estimates only and track prevailing market rates (including reference to international benchmarks such as the London Metal Exchange), which change frequently.
• The final price paid is determined by the actual weight, grade, and condition of the material as verified on our calibrated scales at the time of collection or drop-off.
• We reserve the right to decline materials that are misrepresented, hazardous beyond what was disclosed, contaminated, or not what was described in your quote request.

3. Ownership of Materials

By offering scrap materials to us, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the materials (or are authorized by the owner to sell them) and that the materials are not stolen, disputed, or subject to any third-party claim. We may decline any transaction if we reasonably believe this is not the case.

4. Pickup & Collection

• Free pickup is offered within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas, subject to scheduling and vehicle availability.
• You are responsible for providing safe, accurate access information and ensuring materials are ready for collection at the agreed time.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect information provided, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash on the spot immediately after weighing, unless another method is agreed in advance. Please retain any weight receipt provided; you may request a re-weigh if you believe there is an error.

6. Prohibited or Restricted Items

We do not accept explosive, radioactive, or otherwise dangerous materials, and reserve the right to refuse any item that poses a safety or environmental risk our team is not equipped to handle. Batteries, e-waste, and similar items are processed responsibly in line with applicable environmental practices.

7. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, including submitting quote requests with accurate information. You may not use the site to submit false, abusive, or fraudulent requests, or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's normal operation.

8. Accounts

If you create an account (including via Google Sign-In), you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion between the parties.
